This Privacy Policy describes how VER (“we”) treat personal information collected on our websites, mobile sites and mobile applications where it is located. We refer to these as our “Platform.” This policy does not apply to information we collect in other ways, such as information we collect from you offline.



We collect contact information.

such as your name, mailing address, phone number and email address when you provide it to us.

We collect billing information

such as your credit or debit card account number, VAT number and your billing address. We also collect information to help you determine the amount of taxes you may need to pay in connection with your rental or purchase.

We collect account information when you use our Platform

For example, if you create an account, we collect your username and password.

We collect information you post in a public space on our Platform. This may include posts you make on our social media pages. We also collect your social media profile information. We also collect the information you submit to us, such as through our “Contact” or “Checkout With Agent” features. This is all so we may serve you our customer better and make your experience with us as easy as possible.

We collect job application information.

If you apply for a job through our Platform, we collect the information you include in your application. For example, this includes the name and address of your employer and your education and employment history.

We collect demographic information.

For example, we collect gender and ethnicity in connection with a job application, but only then with your express consent at the time of disclosure.

We collect device and location information.

We collect the type and make of device you use to access our Platform. We also collect information about the browser you are using. We collect information across the devices you use to access our Platform.  This includes your IP address or mobile operating system.  If you use our app, we might look at how often you use the app and where you downloaded it.  We may also collect general location information.



We collect information directly from you.

For example, we collect information when you request information about our products and services or sign up for an event. We also collect information when, for example, you sign up to receive communications from us.

We collect information from you passively.

We use common tracking technologies to collect information passively. We do this in our websites and in emails that we send to you. We collect information about users over time when you use this Platform. We have third parties collect personal information this way through “cookies”. We receive information about you from other sources.

For example at trade shows, but will make sure that you have provided your consent to this disclosure to us.

The provision of personal information is sometimes required by law and at other times is a result of a contractual requirement.  You may be required to provide personal information, for example in a case where we sign a contract with you, and the non-provision of personal information could, in certain circumstances, prevent a transaction from concluding.



We combine information that we collect offline with information we collect online. We combine information you submit or that we track across multiple devices. We also combine information we collect from you with information we get about you from others.



We use your information to communicate with you.

This includes responding to your questions or inquiries or notifying you if you win a promotion. We will also use your information to send you information about your account or about our relationship.  We also use your information to process your job application.

We use information to provide you with our products and services.

This includes fulfilling your quote and order requests. This includes determining your eligibility for our services, including certain types of customer accounts.

We use your information to understand your interests and improve our products and services.

We share your information with third parties who perform services on our behalf.

For example, this includes as an example payment processors or companies that send emails for us. It also includes companies that run our websites or help fulfill customer orders for us, such as shipping companies.

We share information with our business partners.

For example, this includes third parties that provide services to help support our productions or provide insurance services for our customers.

We will share your information with any successor to all or part of our business as permitted by law.

For example, if all or part of our business is sold, we may share your personal information with the new owner. This may include as part of an asset sale, corporate reorganization or other change of control.

We will share information to comply with the law or to protect ourselves.

This includes responding to a court order or subpoena. It also includes sharing information if a government agency or investigatory body requests, but we will limit this disclosure as much as possible. We share information when we are investigating a potential fraud. This could include fraud we think has occurred during a sweepstakes or promotion. We also share information if you are the winner of a sweepstakes or other contest with anyone who requests a winner’s list.

We will share information for other reasons we may describe to you or with your consent.
We may share information that has been anonymized or aggregated without limitation.

To stop receiving our promotional emails, follow the instructions in any promotional message you receive from us. Digital Advertising

We adhere to the DAA’s Self-Regulatory Principles. If you exercise choice through these tools data will no longer be collected from that browser or device for interest-based advertising, and data collected from associated browsers or devices will not be used on the browser or device for interest-based advertising on the browser or device where choice was exercised.  Note that you will still see advertising, but that advertising may be less relevant to your interests.  If you use multiple browsers or devices, clear your cookies, or reset your device identifier you may need to exercise choice again.

Our Platform are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. The Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our Platform will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. We use reasonable means to safeguard personal information under our control.  User IDs and passwords are needed to access certain areas of our Platform. It is your responsibility to protect your username and password.



Information we maintain may be stored in the United States. If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your personal information to the United States. This site is subject to U.S. laws, which may not provide the same level of protections as those in your own country.



Our Platform may contain links to other third party sites that are not governed by this Policy. If you click on a link to a third party site, you will be taken to a site we do not control.  We are not responsible for the privacy practices used by third party sites. We suggest that you read the privacy policies of those sites carefully. We are not responsible for these third party sites.



This section applies to those that visit us from the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or Switzerland.

We will process and store your information only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of the storage, or as permitted by law. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your information to comply with applicable tax/revenue laws), resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and as otherwise described in this policy. After expiration of that period, the corresponding information is routinely deleted, as long as it is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of a contract or the initiation of a contract.
